Monthly Theme: Emotional Intentions and 2025 Gratitude & Manifestation Board

Controlling how we feel can be difficult, but how we take what happens to us is not. During this session We will learn to navigate our emotions and identify the purpose with which they come into our lives. At the same time, we will create our Manifestation Board Setting intentions for each of our dreams.

How does the meeting work?

In this meeting I teach you how to release and heal your emotions based on real experiences, practical exercises and creative therapy tools. In two hours you will understand why and for what purpose you are going through that specific situation, what are the lessons that it brought you and, above all, you will take a step forward towards that definitive healing that you so long for.

Who is the meeting aimed at?

You, who reads me. Beyond the fact that you have a broken heart or your emotions, the soul sometimes stirs because of being in a job that does not fulfill you, because of the loss of loved ones, because of family or friend problems. The great objective, which learn to let go, heal and regain your inner calm.
